Manufacturing Centers of Excellence  
The pace of global manufacturing technology is moving at such a rate that it threatens to leave many parts of the world, particularly sub Saharan Africa, in a permanent state of backwardness. The antidote to such a calamity is to create production centers that house modern machinery and training facilities, raising the level manufacturing capabilities and capacity.
